GBP Hunter provides tools for searching and analyzing publicly available Google Business Profile data for marketing and lead generation purposes. The Service allows users to search by category and location, view business information, and export data.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GBP HUNTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
